This limited edition Prospex Alpinist draws heritage from Seiko's 1959 mountain watch design, featuring a distinctive Edo Purple dial with cathedral hands, Arabic numerals and wedge-shaped hour markers. The 39.5mm stainless steel case incorporates Seiko's super-hard coating for scratch resistance and houses a rotating inner compass ring with screw-down crown, delivering 200 metres water resistance. The sapphire crystal features anti-reflective inner coating for optimal legibility.
The in-house Calibre 6R55 automatic movement powers the watch with a 72-hour power reserve and includes a stop-seconds function. An exhibition caseback reveals the 24-jewel movement, limited edition engraving and original Mountain Device logo.
