Chopard Alpine Eagle
Launched in 2019, the Alpine Eagle sits at the heart of Chopard's sports watch offering, conceived as a spiritual successor to the St. Moritz collection from the 1980s. It occupies a position between the brand's dress watches and its more casual pieces, appealing to those who want a refined yet capable sports watch with genuine Swiss manufacture credentials.
The range is distinguished by its use of Lucent Steel, a proprietary alloy developed by Chopard that achieves a harder, more scratch-resistant finish than conventional stainless steel. Cases come in 36mm and 41mm sizes, with dials featuring a subtly textured pattern inspired by eagle feathers. Movements are produced in-house, certified by the Geneva Seal, and the collection is also available in 18ct Fairmined ethical gold.
